Welcome To Villa Cicak
Modern style villa, designed by an acclaimed Balinese architect and combining traditional features with western taste Villa Cicak stands on 800m2 of land. The main living quarters divided over two buildings, one housing the bedrooms and bathrooms, the other the large living/dining room and kitchen, equates to 250m2. The remainder is taken up with the large swimming pool (15x5m), landscaped tropical garden and staff quarters.
The Villa is a 10-minute easy walk to the white, sandy, child friendly beach of Sanur. The beach is perfect for jet skiing, parasailing, paddle boarding, boating etc and boasts some of the best kite surfing in Bali. There is a promenade on the beach which is perfect for pushing prams and riding bicycles.
Supermarkets (providing many western brands/food) and numerous restaurants offering an array of differing cuisines are also within an easy stroll of under 10 minutes, many offer a free Villa pick-up and return service or delivery.
Jimbaran Beach (famed for its alfresco fish barbecues on the beach), Nusa Dua and the airport are 25 minutes drive away. Ubud and the famed Seminyak are about 45 minutes drive.
The Villa is situated in a quiet part of Sanur village where village parades and kite competitions are a part of the local life.
The Villa is equipped to a high standard and our housekeeper will provide daily cleaning, making of beds etc and can also do some shopping if so required. Other staff maintain the garden and swimming pool.
Other items of laundry can be done on request with a small fee payable (for the housekeeper, not for the landlord).
All linen, towels and swimming towels are provided.
